The idea

Kieran spots the same fixable mistakes costing candidates interviews after years of exposure to global clients and the job market. Starts building a scoring tool.

Early 2024
Building in the open

Team builds and tests BluScore™ with 200 beta users. Average score improvement after one week: 19 points.

Mid 2024
SkillMatch™ launches

The second free tool ships after users kept asking how to tailor CVs to specific roles. 400 users in the first week.

Late 2024
Phase 1 complete

All six career pathway steps, three free tools, and the premium product catalogue launch. 1,000 active users by end of year.

2025
Phase 2 incoming
