BluHire is fully responsive and works on all modern browsers on desktop, tablet, and mobile. We recommend desktop for the best experience when using the CV upload and analysis tools.

Absolutely. Phase 2 will introduce RewritePro™ (AI CV rewriting), MockMaster™ (AI mock interviews), and BluHire Pro™ subscription. Phase 3 launches the Talent Pool and TalentBridge™ employer matching network.

BluScore™ scores your CV across four dimensions: ATS Compatibility (25 pts), Keyword Density (25 pts), Structure & Layout (25 pts), and Presentation Quality (25 pts). Each dimension uses rule-based analysis to check for industry-standard best practices.

Visual design and ATS-readiness are often in conflict. Many CVs that look impressive to humans are near-invisible to the algorithms that screen them first. A low score usually means your CV is being filtered out before a recruiter ever sees it.

Yes. CV files are validated on upload, stored encrypted outside the public web root, and are only accessible by you. We never share or sell your CV data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Yes. You can upload and analyse as many CV versions as you like. Your full upload history is saved in your account so you can compare versions and track your improvement over time.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. All transactions are processed securely by Stripe — we never store your card details on our servers.

Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed. If you have a genuine issue — wrong file, technical problem — please contact support@bluhire.co and we will resolve it within 24 hours.

After purchase you will receive an email with a secure download link. You can also access all purchased downloads at any time via your Downloads Hub. Each file can be downloaded up to 5 times within 30 days of purchase.

All products are priced in British Pounds (£ GBP) as BluHire is a UK-based platform. Stripe will automatically convert to your local currency at checkout if applicable.

You can delete your account at any time from the Security tab in Account Settings. This permanently removes your profile, CV uploads, and results. This action cannot be undone.

Your profile is private by default. Employers cannot see your data until Phase 3, when you explicitly opt in to the Talent Pool. You remain in full control.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We use Stripe for payment processing and may share minimal data required to process your payment. See our Privacy Policy for the complete picture.
